Irene Chioko (Tanaka) Fujita 81, of Koloa, Kaua`i, died on May 18, 2017 at Hale Kupuna Heritage Home. She was born and raised in Waialua, O`ahu, on August 22, 1935. A Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
