Paul Joseph Steward left the loving arms of his wife and daughter to return to the arms of God on Monday, June 12, 2017. He and his beloved wife, Roxanna, retired in Nampa, ID in 2006 after having lived and worked in Hawaii for 42 years. Paul was a banking executive, entrepreneur and college lecturer; he was an avid reader, enjoyed pertinent discussions, crossword puzzles, scrabble + Jeopardy! Paul was born in Chicago, IL on January 1, 1939. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Roxanna Steward; daughter Joanne Kapololu; six mo`opuna; eight mo`opuna kuakahi; sister Lala (Carl) Besich; sister-in-law, Cori; brother-in-law, Danny and loyal fur baby, Sadie. He is preceded in death by one son, Michael Steward and mother, Betty Steward. Paul will be dearly missed by his ohana, friends and all who knew him. He would have you remember him by this Hawaiian quote: "E Noho Me Ke Aloha"; meaning LIVE with LOVE. Private family services have been held in Idaho.
