James Talmadge “Jim” Countiss
Died May 17, 2017. He lived in Hawaii for much of his life where he practiced law and taught at the UH School of Law. Jim sailed the Hawaiian seas, summited mountains, traveled the world and raced go-karts and motorcycles. Survivors include his adventure partner Terryl, three daughters Jennifer, Leah, and Katie, and grandson Taylor.
