Helen L. Medeiros September 20, 1934 - December 3, 2016 Fremont, CA Loving wife, mother, grand- mother and great grandmother, Helen "Sister" Lei Medeiros passed peacefully at the age of 82 in Fremont CA.. Helen was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to Helen & Charles Hopkins and raised in Lanikai, HI. "Sister" embraced the "Aloha Spirit" with love, compassion and warmth, for her Ohana. She is forever loved and deeply missed. "Sister's" Beachside memorial will be held Thursday, July 20th at Lanikai Beach 4:30 PM. (use beach right-of-way at corner of Mokulua and Kai'olena Dr). Celebration of Life at Lanikai Park Pavilion follows.
