89, of Honolulu, passed away on July 2, 2017. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired chief construction engineer for the City and County of Honolulu and a Korean War Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Mildred; son, Brian (Elizabeth) Tokushige; daughter, Liane (Calvin) Pang; four grand- children; brother, George (Chee) Tokushige; sisters, Dorothy Sakai and Cassie (Gerry) Uyekubo.
