ROBERT (BOB) Y.O. HEE Age 83, peacefully passed away in his sleep in Honolulu on 2/12/17. Bob graduated from St. Louis High School and the University of Hawaii with a degree in accounting. He was a retiree of IBM and helped open IBM's first office in Beijing, China. A simple man, he found happiness and pleasure in taking family trips, attending concerts, dining out, and going to Vegas to play his favorite game blackjack. Despite having health problems the last few years, he continued to live life with grit, determination, and dignity and was able to enjoy his passion of traveling when possible. Always a generous individual, he has donated his body to the John A. Burns School of Medicine. Bob is survived by the love of his life Amy, son Matthew (Jackie), daughter Patricia (Derrick), grandchildren Kiana and Tyler. He is also survived by brothers Donald (Jean), Wilfred (Evie) and sisters Diana, Vivian (David) and Winifred. The Family thanks all those who have been a part of his wonderful, full life. Services to be held at a later date.
