December 30, 1937 - July 11, 2017 79, passed peacefully at Islands Hospice on July 11, 2017. He retired as a Plantation Manager from Del Monte Fresh Produce, Hawaii, Inc., and was very active with the Wahiawa-Waialua Rotary Club, Wahiawa General Hospital, and the Wahiawa community for many years. Survived by wife, Linda; son Mark (Kerri), stepson David Yamaki; daughter, Merry Kay Kiyan (Brent); stepdaughters Lauren Sumida (Blake) and Lisa Yamaki; brother Kenneth McCloskey; three grandchildren, Tristan Kiyan, Zachary Kiyan, and Morgan McCloskey; one step-grandchild, Layla Nashiro, and many nieces and cousins. A Celebration of his Life will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2017. Visitation: 5:30 p.m.; Services: 6:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park, Mauka Chapel Casual attire.
