Age 92, passed away on June 21, 2017 in Honolulu. She was born in Wahiawa and moved to Honolulu where she married Francis P. Y. Ching (dec. 1990) and taught at Kaahumanu Elementary School. She is survived by her sisters, Jean Lee (Howard) and Marian Chuck, her children, Alan H. C. Ching (Telly), Laurie Ching Ackerman (Walter), Sharon Ching Williams (Allen), Leslie Ching Allen, and Brian F. H. B. Ching, 8 grand- children, and 5 great-grand- children. Private services will be held. The family wishes to thank those who have expressed their well wishes and shared their fond memories of the times they've spent with this very kind, gentle, and loving soul.
