Survived by Sister Stephanie (Amadeo) Verzon, Brother Kenneth (Diane) Suan of California, Hanai Brother Elmer (Delmar) Templeman of Florida, Brother-In-Law Edwin (Late Norma) H. Sproat Sr., Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, Grand-Nieces, Grand-Nephews. Joseph graduated from Wai'anae High School, was employed as a custodian with the State Department of General Accounting & Services for 29 years retiring in 2000, and served as a faithful Usher at The Apostolic Faith Church, "Jesus Coming Soon," until his passing. Funeral service will be on August 17, 2017, at Mililani Mortuary, Mauka Chapel, with visitation at 8:30 AM, Service at 10:00 AM, and burial at 12:30 PM at Mililani Cemetery.
