Preceded in death by husband Jiroichi "Jay" Otani, she is survived by her daughter, Nalani (Farshid) Golesorkhi; granddaughter, Amireh Golesorkhi; sisters, Janice (Hisashi) Okamoto and Kay Koyama; numerous nephews and nieces.
