98, passed away peacefully at home on September 2, 2017. Born on September 18, 1918 to Manzo and Shizue Ikeda in Honolulu, she was the last survivor of 10 siblings. She attended Likelike Elementary School, Kalakaua Intermediate School and McKinley High School Class of 1937. She was employed by Dole Pineapple Cannery as a packer for 30 years. Preceded in death by her husband, Tadashi. She is survived by her daughter, Sylvia Eve Yasuda Farrells (Jim) of Minnesota, son, Ronald H. Yasuda (Janet Pappas), four grandsons, Timothy and Matthew Farrells, Jon and Troy Yasuda. Funeral services will be held at Hosoi Garden Mortuary on September 25, Monday, visitation at 5:00 pm, services at 6:00pm.
