LORRAINE LIN FAH (LAU) LEELorraine Lin Fah (Lau) Lee, 88 passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Even in her final days, Lorraine maintained the same sharp wit and sarcasm that delighted and entertained her family and friends for so many years. Her love and devotion to her family are now a part of our Lord's heavenly record. Lorraine was born on February 14, 1929 in Honolulu, Hawaii, and was one of ten children. She graduated from Sacred Hearts Academy, and began a successful career with Hawaiian Telephone Company. After many years of dedicated service, she retired to enjoy a life with her family. Her kind and generous disposition will forever be remembered along with the precious memories she gave to all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Alfred H.S. Lee, her four children, Jo-Anne Nakagawa (Thomas Noguchi, Companion), Thomas Lee (Christine), Patrick Lee (Mary) and Jeri-Anne Martin (Paul); her nine loving grandchildren, Robert Nakagawa (Becky), Brian Nakagawa (Serena), Kevin "Kaleo" Lee (Christine), Jennifer Lee, Kristen Lee, Matthew Lee, Samantha Lee, Brynn Ladoniczki (Matthew), and Jonathan "Kalani" Martin; and nine beautiful great grandchildren Vivian, Caleb, Valerie , Celeste, Donovan and Carli Nakagawa; Ethan Lee, Noa and Mia Ladoniczki; her sisters Edith Leong, Eleanor Park, and Patricia Lee and her brother Milton Lau; her sister-in-law Margarette Hee, brother's-in-law Richard Lee and James Lee, and a multitude of cousins, nephews and nieces. Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents, Annie and Abraham Lau, as well as her siblings, Arthur Lau, Beatrice Lee, Constance Chong, Delores Kau, and Kelvin Lau. She will be missed by many and loved forever. The family wishes to thank the personnel and nursing staff at Kahala Nui for their compassionate care and kindness of our beloved Lorraine. A funeral service will be held to honor Lorraine Lee on Monday, October 16, at Diamond Head Mortuary. Visitation will start at 9:30AM and service will start at 10:45AM with lunch to follow. Burial will be at 2:00PM. Aloha Attire.
