RICHARD SUSUMU SANTO, DICKIE 71, of Honolulu, a Vietnam War Army veteran and a postal carrier for the United States Postal Service, passed away on September 21, 2017 in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers, Dennis, Milton (Marian) and Robert (Marion); and by sister, Floria (Harry) Abe.
