92 years old, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 13, 2017 in California, after a long and full life. She is survived by her 3 children, Gayne Sogi, Craig Sogi, Leigh Vogen, 5 grand- children and 7 great grand- children. No service will be held at her request. Memorial donations can be made in her honor at Honpa Hongwanji Hawaii Betsuin, 1727 Pali Highway, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, where her ashes will be placed next to her husband, Paul Hiroshi Sogi.
