61, of Honolulu passed away on November 12, 2017. He was born in Honolulu to Betty Claire Decker and Alfred Earl Robarts. He is survived by his daughter, Teaira Robarts of Laton, California; three grandsons, Nathan Jr., Joseph, and Edward Swanson, of Rohnert Park, California; and two sisters, Noenoe K. Silva of Honolulu, and Claire L. Silva of Sierra Vista, Arizona. Visitation at 12:00 and Services at 1:00 on Saturday, December 2, 2017, at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Kailua.
