NOEL D. BIGORNIA BAPTISTA
NOEL D. BIGORNIA BAPTISTASUNRISE: December 11, 1965 SUNSET: October 2, 2017 Born in Waialua, Hawaii. At the Waialua Plantation Hospital. He is the second son of Dionicio Miguel Baptista and Viola Bigornia Baptista. Noel grew up and was raised in Waialua where he went to Waialua Elementary School. The family moved to Pearl City and he went to Manana Elementary School, Pearl City Highlands, and then to Pearl City High School. He worked as a newspaper boy during 1978-1981. After graduation from high school he worked as a gas station attendant at Waimalu Chevron. He then went to work at Au's Plumbing. He enrolled at Leeward Community College and HCC where he studied drafting and graphic arts. Noel then decided to join the Sheet Metal Union, where he landed a job at Master Sheet Metal where he worked for 27 years and became a journeyman with the Local Union 293 until He passed away to be with the Lord. Noel was such a good person to be with, loving, generous, and friendly. He was always trying to make people around him laugh by telling humorous stories and jokes. He also loved to cook and socialize. He loved cars, going to the swap meet to look for deals, and most of all his family and friends. He is survived by his mother Viola, brother Diovi, and his auntie Velma. He is also survived by his aunties, uncles, and numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, and relatives. Visitation for the Celebration of Noel's life will be at Mililani Memorial Park Mauka Chapel on Friday, December 15, 2017. Wake Service will start at 5:30 pm and ends at 9:00 pm. On December 16, 2017, the final viewing will start at 9:30 am until 11:00 am. Funeral Service will be 11:00 am until 12:00pm. Burial will be followed at 12:30 pm.
