Age 72 of Honolulu passed away on November 19, 2017. He was born in Honolulu and was a retired cement mason and a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his brothers and sisters Donald Higa, Phyllis Kushima, Carole Iha, Kathleen Shibata and James Higa. A private service was held.
