62, passed away in his home in Elverta California on November 26, 2017, after courageously battling cancer for several years. Glen is survived by his wife Laura Santana of Sacramento, father and mother John & Mae Tsutsumi of Honolulu, father Ken & (Lois) Matsumoto of Canada, younger sister Debbie Kam (husband Darryl) & younger brother Kirk Matsumoto (wife Jan) & Todd Matsumoto (Canada). Much thanks to Kent and Jon Tsutsumi. Glen graduated from Saint Louis High School and Washington State University. He was a Deputy Sheriff, Detective, and Sargent for Sacramento County. A Celebration of his life will be held on January 13, 2018 at Murphy's Bar & Grill located at 2 Merchant Street at Nuuanu from 12pm - 4:00pm. Please join us for some fellowship with stories, drinks and food.
