77, of Aiea, a retired lieutenant colonel for the U. S. Army and a retired department head for Public Works Center Pearl Harbor, passed away on December 29, 2017 in Honolulu. He was born in Waianae. He is survived by his wife, Eileen; daughters, Kelli (Derek) Wong, Jamie (Reid) Yoshida and Lesli (Alan) Wong; brother, James (Iris); sisters, Florence (Richard, recently deceased) Yamada and Mildred (Charles) Nhomi; and by grandchildren, Dallas, Demi, Kayla and Ridge.
