Age 66, was born on March 22, 1951 in Honolulu and passed away on November 18, 2017. John was born to Kapua and Verlie Harris. Attended Star of the Sea and graduated from St. Louis HS and UH Manoa. He was a devoted Christian and loved serving the Lord Jesus at New Hope. Loved the sport of golf. Worked on gov't maintenance contracts and in the plumbing industry. Survived by wife, Carolyn (Lum), daughter, Nicole Chang (Eric), grand- children Ian, Ethan, Mia. Sisters Verlie Aiu, Paulette Jardine, Betty Lei Kong Kee (John), Julie Pascual and brothers, David (Peggy) and Kapua. Services at New Hope Oahu on Jan 26th at 290 Sand Island Access Rd.
