65, of Honolulu, died on August 17, 2017. Charlie is survived by sons Jarret and Ryan Soon; daughter Alisa Onishi; grandchildren Callie and Colten Onishi and William "Liam" Soon. Surviving siblings include brothers William Jr., Andrew, John, Phillip; and sisters, Germain Szewczyk and Lani Meyer. He is also survived by many Aunties, Uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Charlie is preceded in death by parents William and Mary Soon; sisters Rowella Rapozo and Wilmette "Mamie" Soon. A 1969 graduate of Kamehameha Schools, Charlie enjoyed a rewarding career in the banking industry and was active in church and sports. Celebration of Life services will be at 9:30 a.m. on Sat, February 17, 2018 at Bishop Memorial Chapel, Kamehameha Schools, Kapalama.
