Frederick Crisp Peterson (Petie) of Honolulu, HI passed away peacefully at home on January 30th, 2018 at the age of 83. He was an army veteran and retired loan officer. Petie was preceded in death by his mother Getrude Crisp Peterson, father Frederick James Peterson, brother Bard Peterson, and first wife Sarah Novak Peterson. Petie is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Julie Ann Peterson and his four children: Erik (Shirley) Peterson, Michael (Shirley) Auerbach, Susan (Bill) Chamberlain, Steven (LeAnn) Auerbach: his stepdaughters: Ellen and Pam Lundquist and seven grandchildren: Gabrielle and Nolan Peterson, Stephanie Auerbach, Kristin and Michael Chamberlain, Anna (Ian) Barrett and Andrew Auerbach. Services will be held at Oahu Cemetery Chapel, 2162 Nuuanu Avenue, Monday, February 26, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to the American Cancer Society.
