BRIAN KALANI A. BURNET, HAWAIIAN BRIAN Age 57, passed away in Kailua on November 21, 2017. He was born and raised in Wailuku, Maui; moved to Oahu in 1997, a former social worker at Hina Mauka, a member of New Hope Kailua and Hang Loose of Kailua. He will be missed by many who knew and loved him. Brian was predeceased by his brother Louie. He is survived by son, Kanamu Kalani Bartoces, granddaughter, Siera Kamailani Fasi Lokalia Vida; brothers, Cranston (Alika) Kapoi, Lee (Dorinda) Burnet, Kelly Texeira; sisters; Doreen N. Denis, Denise (Kevin) Tanaka. A memorial gathering will be on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 5:00pm - 8:00 pm at New Hope Kailua (site of Kailua Seventh-Day Adventist Church), 160 Mookua St, service at 6:30pm.
