88, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2018. Charlotte was born in Wailuku, Hawaii, and is survived by her daughters Charmaine Luana Anderson and Charlene Lani Fernandez; grandchildren, Tarrah-lyn Fernandez, Tyler Nakamura, and Chasen Kanno; brother Earl Eckart; sister Elaine Eckart; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
