Surrounded by the love of her family, our beloved mom passed away peacefully on March 16, 2018. Her passing signifies the glorious reunion with her maker the Lord Jesus Christ as well as her beloved husband of 56 years, Leonard. Shirley is survived by her four children: Leonard (Tammy), Evelyn (Kyle) Miyashiro, George (Angelica) and Erma Teves. Shirley and her husband have been blessed with eight grandchildren: Erin, Kristofer, Robert, Leonard, Lillian, Matthew, Melissa and Mason. Condolences to the family will be starting at 9:00 a.m. on April 2, 2018 at Our Lady of the Mount Church in Kalihi Valley. A Mass to honor Shirley will be at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Burial Service at 11:00 a.m. at Hawaiian Memorial. The Family requests that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the St. John the Baptist School Scholarship fund.
