Age 65, passed away peacefully in his sleep, March 17th 2018. He was as an avid Longboarder & competitor throughout our Islands. Rodney is survived by the love of his life daughter Shannon K. Nakasato, Step-son Christopher Kaufmann, Friend & Ex-Wife Inalee (Dr. Fred) Yost, Siblings Danny (Myrna) Nakasato, Craig (Iris) Nakasato, Gail (Russell) Yamashiro, and families. A Celebration of Life Service will be held @ Oneula Beach Park (Hau Bush) April 7th, starting around 9:00 am by his friends the Ewa Beach Surf Club, scattering of ashes to follow.
