92, of Honolulu, passed peacefully at home on February 23, 2018. He was a retired Federal and State civil servant and Korean War veteran. He is survived by his wife, Kikue, daughters Sharon (Joe Ng) Higa, Sandra (Brian) Kunioka, sons Zane (Sonia), John (Chisako), grandchildren Brisan, Kori Lynn, Joshua, Jane, Mailani and Matthew, brothers Richard, Harry, Kenji, Michael and sisters Mabel, Alice, Lorene.
