90, of Honolulu passed away on May 20, 2018, surrounded by her family, at Kuakini's Hale Palama Mau. She was born in Waiau on October 15, 1927, one of six children born to Kitono and Chikatada Nogami. She worked as a secretary, primarily for the University of Hawaii. She is survived by her husband, Richard Shomura; three children, Lisa (Timothy) Teague, Miki (Roderic) Moore, Mark (Rachel) Shomura; six grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, David, Laura, Chad, Kelsey; and two great-grandchildren, Carson and Emmett; two sisters, Colleen Inouye, Janice Takasaki; and numerous nieces and nephews.
