Rogelio “Roger” C. Dasalla
77, of Waipahu, Hawaii passed away peacefully at home with his family on Sunday April 8, 2018. He was born in Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. A veteran of the Vietnam War, his military career spanned 20 years, retiring in 1983 as a Chief Petty Officer in the Submarine Services. He then attended University of Hawaii where he earned a degree in Business Administration, then embarked his civilian career with the Commercial Banking Services for another 20 years. He is survived by his wife, Edna Dasalla; sons, Chester (Elsa), Matthew (Vanessa); five grandchildren; & brother Pedro Gavina Jr. (Fe). Visitation will be held at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary on Friday June 22, 2018 at 9:00am, service at 10:30am followed by burial at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl at 1:00pm Arrangements Provided By: Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary LLC
