Michael Masao “Masa” Serikaku
86, of Pearl City, a U.S. Air Force veteran, retired equipment specialist for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and member of NARFE, passed away on May 26, 2018, at Straub Clinic and Hospital. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by his wife, Frances; daughter, Michelle (Steve) Whaley; stepdaughters, Robin Yamamoto, Jan (Barry) Herneisey, Carol Yamamoto (partner, Lacie Kenolio) and Sandra Yamamoto; sisters, Betsy Tsuhako, Toyoko Nagamine and Lynn Tamashiro; and by two grandchildren. Visitation is at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 14, 2018, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. The service begins at 3:00 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers. Arrangements Provided By: Hosoi Garden Mortuary
