Chang (both deceased). Wesley attended Iolani School, Stanford University and Boalt Hall at UC Berkeley. He was a partner at Chang Iwamasa LLP, a law firm that he founded. He is survived by his wife Eleanor, brothers Brian Y.K. Chang (Lois Milbouer) and Bradley Y.C. Chang (Sharlene Chang), sisters Debra W.K.
