A loving wife, mother, grand- mother and great-grandmother passed away on May 1, 2018, at the age of 92. Born on August 27, 1925, in Pahala, Hawaii. She was a retired secretary for the City & County of Honolulu Redevelopment Agency. Preceded in death by husband, Robert, and son, Scott. Betty is survived by children Cindy (Blair) Takara, Noel (Lynne) Torigoe, and Jamie (Dexter) Mitte. Grand- children Bryce, Jessica (Aaron), and Trevor Takara; Whitney (Jess) Smith, Marisa, Easton, Jake (Jenna), and Joey Torigoe; Leslie (Everett) Fujii, Kyle (Danielle) Kagami, Tiare, and Dmitrius Mitte. Great-grandchildren Kaiya, Chloe, and Carson Kagami; Lily and Ian Fujii; Treyton Torigoe. Sister Miyako Mukai. Visitation: 1:00 pm.
