Merren Sophia “Jojo” Enos Au
Merren Sophia "Jojo" Enos Au, 86, of Laie, died peacefully at home on July 27, 2018 in Laie. Jojo was born in Kahuku and raised in Laie. She was a 1949 graduate of Kamehameha Schools for Girls. She retired as a teacher at Kahuku Elementary where she taught for 26 years. Jojo is preceded in death by her eternal companion, Benjamin Kwan Ki Au and daughter, Rhonda Nalani Au Bangeter. She is survived by sons, Benjamin Kwan Ki Au Jr, Timothy and Erwin; Daughters, Gwynne "Kaimi" Haiola, Merren Au, Nanette Vendiola, & Gail Heffernan; 30 grandchildren, and 51 great- grandchildren. Visitation at 8:30am; Service 11:00am on Monday, August 6, 2018 at the LDS Laie North Stake (Front Chapel). Burial to follow at 1:00pm at the Laie Cemetery.
