Lynnette Kaleianuenue AeaMarch 5, 1945 August 20, 2018 On Monday August 20, 2018, Lynnette Kaleianuenue Aea (Ignacio) passed away peacefully in her sleep in her home in Aiea on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. She was 73 years old. Lynnette is survived by her sister, Letitia K. (Tish) Holt; husband, Reuben H. Aea; children, Ronpaul E. Aea (Kathleen), Randon K. Aea, Rana NWC Aea; and grand- children Brandee Aea-Medeiros, Keilani Aea-Purnell, Kainoa Aea, Kekoa Aea, and Kawika Aea. Lynnette was a lifetime member of 'Ahahui Ka'ahumanu Chapter 1 of Honolulu since 1984. Lynnette's celebration of life will be on Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 10:30am to 2pm at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary, located at 45-425 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744. Raymond Sonny Akiona, Sr. RAYMOND "SONNY" AKIONA, SR. 89, of Pearl City, passed away peacefully on August 10th, 2018. Born and raised in Kaimuki. He was an Air Force and Korean War Army veteran with the 5th Regimental Combat Team, and a retired state driver's license examiner. Predeceased by parents, Hiram and Mary, 2 siblings (Rosita and Joseph), daughter Sheila and son Randy. Lovingly remembered by the mother of his children, Lori and sons, Ricky, Rodney and Ray Jr.; his sisters: Molly, Dolores, and Pearl; 11 grandchildren; great grandchildren, and a great great grandchild. Henry W. H. Au1926 2018 91, returned to our Lord peacefully at his retirement home on July 24, 2018, with his daughter and son-in-law by his side. He was surrounded by close family and friends from his retirement home during his last days. He was first a businessman and entrepreneur with his first wife Myra Bow. After Myra's passing, he sold their business and worked for Schuman Carriage as a salesman for 30 years. He later married Eleanor Chong and they traveled and enjoyed their retirement years together. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. His grandsons meant everything to him. He was a kind and generous man, always thinking about his family and friends. He helped so many people with his generosity and thoughtfulness. There is a room at the American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge named after Henry and Myra in their honor. In his retirement years, he became an ardent poker player and puzzle master. He is survived by his wife Eleanor C. Au of 42 years, daughter Sandra Au Fong (Marvin), grandson's Nathan Fong (Jeong) and Timothy Fong. Henry was buried with military honors. All services were private.

JUAN 91 of Waipahu passed away on August 7, 2018, in Honolulu. He served the U.S. Navy during WWII and the Korean War. He retired as Petty Officer 1st Class after 20 years of service. On June 24th, 2018 the U.S. Congress awarded him the Congressional Gold Medal. He is survived by the love of his life Fernanda 'Ferie' Ferrer. They were married for nearly 67 years.  Charles Age 67, Charles "Chuck" J. Ferrera, Jr. passed away on August 9, 2018. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Chuck graduated from Oberlin College and later earned his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University. He made Hawaii his home in 1981 after joining the firm of Schutter, Cayetano, Playdon and Pavey as a trial attorney. He opened his own law practice serving clients in Hawaii and California in 1986. Chuck is survived by his partner Janice P. Kim; mother, Regina A. Ferrera of Milford, MA; sister, Susan F. Fenn and brother-in-law, Ron S. Fenn of Danville, NH; brother, James M. Ferrera and sister-in-law Lydia Kappel, M.D. of Florence MA and their children: Laurel S. Ferrera, Charles B. Ferrera and Michael J. Ferrera, M.D. Chuck was predeceased by his father, Charles J. Ferrera, Sr. M.D. A celebration of Chuck's life will be held on September 26 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary in Honolulu at 30 N.
