54 years old, Jamie-Dale R. Ueoka, passed away on September 9, 2018 after a difficult battle with breast cancer. She graduated from Punahou School and the University of Southern California Pharmacy School earning a PharmD degree. She had a successful and well respected career on the West Coast in the HMO field. Jamie is survived by husband, Dr. Richard Glimp and step-children Jennifer, Jonathan, and Jeremy. She is also survived by parents Bertha and David Ueoka, sister, Lesley Ann Ueoka and nieces Josie, Brooklyn, and Kiana. Services will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Thurston Memorial Chapel, Punahou School. Visitation 9:30 a.m. Service 10:30 a.m. Aloha attire. No Flowers.
