Donald Kwock Mun Au, age 80, passed peacefully on September 4, 2018, at his home in beautiful Manoa Valley. Born in Honolulu, Donald graduated from McKinley High School and was employed as an engineering technician with 38 years of service at Pearl Harbor. In his golden years of retirement, Donald was a regular attendee at his grandchildren’s performances and sports games, active member at numerous RADAU gatherings and sibling lunches, and an avid bus rider. He is survived by his wife, Linda Au; daughters Darcie (Jon) Kawamura and Della (Michael) Belatti, sons Dean (Janelle), Larry, and Lenny (Jenny); thirteen grandchildren; brothers Daniel (Sau Jean) and Dave (Diane); and sisters Norma Lum and Velma (Francis) Fong. A celebration of Donald’s life will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Visitation from 10:00 am; Service at 11:00 am; Fellowship to follow. Aloha Attire.
