Paula Lokelani Theodora Saizon, 38, of Kaneohe, a flower designer, died in Kailua. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Keawe and Koa, daughters Cheyenne and Sierra, parents Ted and Patricia and brother Wesley. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John's by the Sea. Call after 9 a.m.
