Tokie Emoto Miyake, 86, of Lihue, a retired Tiptop Cafe & Bakery helper, died in Garden Isle Health Care. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by daughter Annette Oda, brother Masa Emoto, sister Yukiko Vanlandingham, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services.
