Maxime Etienne Provost, 78, of Pahala, Hawaii, a Dollar Rent a Car manager, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. She was born in France. She is survived by wife Akiko; sons Amonra and Ajuna; daughters Alexandra, Auleria and Amanda; sisters Camile Brown and Danielle Wirth; and two grandchildren. Private services.
