77Cory Kiyoshi Hamasaki, 63, of Severna Park, Md., a software engineer, an employee of private companies and government agencies and founder of DC Weather Report, died in Annapolis, Md. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Nancy J. Hoyt, daughter Chloe K. Hamasaki, stepdaughters Ayn and Eve Hoyt and two stepgrandchildren. Celebration of life pending. No flowers.
