BENJAMIN KAMOHOALII BUSTER PEDRO
65, of Honolulu passed away on June 6th, 2010 at Kaiser Hospital. He was born on May 14th, 1945 to Benjamin (deceased) and Mildred Pedro of Honolulu. A graduate of Farrington High School in 1964, he was a retired police officer with over 27 years of experience and also was retired from the Army Reserve. He was also a former employee of the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, shop 38. He was an avid Harley Davidson motorcycle builder and has been riding for over 45 years. Buster is survived by mother, Mildred Keonaona Mahukona Pedro. He is also survived by his wife, Linda Kamakaokalani Pedro and his 4 sons: Michael (Rose), Kapeliela (Chantell), Kealiinahokulele (Marianne), and Kamohoalii (Harolynn), and his daughter, Shea Burmoi. 4 loving grandchildren: Jayce, Harlee, Shawnee, and Zandyn. His brothers: J. Averell Pedro and Jeffrey Maurice (Kristie) Pedro. His sisters: Bernadette Pedro and Lisa (Leyton) Pe'a. His best friend, Ben Awana and riding partner, Danny Amiya.
The memorial will be held on Saturday June 26th, 2010 at St. Louis Alumni Clubhouse at 4:30 PM- 9:30 PM. Ashes will be scattered on Sunday June 27th, 2010 at Sand Island Beach park at 2 PM. Casual attire, no flowers. |
