73Kody Kealoha "Makana" Pia Kaitoku, 14, of Wahiawa died in Hawaii Medical Center West. He was born in Spirit Lake, Iowa. He is survived by father Duane Y.; mother Sherri L. Pia Atagi; stepfather Falemai Pia Atagi; brothers Kyrsten Kaitoku, Dalton Lucas and Daylan Kaitoku; sister Kayla Kaitoku; and grandparents Kenneth K. Pia, and George and Joyce Kaitoku. Services: noon Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 44 Leilehua Road, Wahiawa. Call after 10 a.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
