Joseph Jude Mangubat Panganiban, infant son of Anthony and Mary Jane Panganiban of Mililani, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is also survived by brother Anthony J.; sister Mary Anne; and grandparents Francisco and Rosita Panganiban and Roquito and Marietta Mangubat. Private services. Aloha attire. Flowers welcome.
