74Lucia A. Mandawe, 83, of Hilo, a retired cocktail waitress at the Naniloa Hotel, an usher at Hilo Theatre and Palace Theatre, a counter helper at Elsie's Fountain, Hilo Drug and Standard Drug, and a waitress at Sun Sun Lau Restaurant, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Papaaloa, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Clifford and Joseph; daughters Marissa Mandawe, Rebecca Manning, Theresa De Mello and Josephine Villarmia; 10 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Graveside urn committal services: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire. No flowers.
