73Christopher Neil Foster, 60, of Kaneohe, a retired Public Works Center at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard laborer and Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Laverne; son Thomas A.; daughter Natalie Gaspar; brothers Henry H. III and Frederick; sisters Valerie Nalawagan, Sharon Slaughter, Ululani Foster and Elsie Lee; and three grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Ann's Catholic Church. Mass to follow. Call after 9:30 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
