76Helen Misao Otake, 93, of Kaneohe, a homemaker, died in Honolulu. She was born in Hawaii. She is survived by daughter Virginia Kadota; brother Lew Nishiyama; sisters Grace Ishimi, Alice Suzuki, Irene Asari, Lila Okata, Betsy Uemura and June Kawaharada; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
