Francis Y. Muramoto, 63, of Aiea, a retired state Department of Agriculture plumber and National Guard veteran, died in Aiea. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by brothers Melvin and Lawrence, and sister Faith Chinen. Private inurnment.
