74Fumiko N. Hata, 87, of Hilo, a retired state document clerk for Circuit Court on the Big Island, died in St. Francis Hospice. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by son Howard Y.; daughter Sandra S. Higuchi; brother Richard I. Nakamura; sisters Sadako Toyama, Itsue Yamasaki and Alice Char; and a grandchild. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
