73Christopher Neil Foster, 60, of Kaneohe, a retired laborer at the Public Works Center, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, and Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Laverne; son Thomas A.; daughter Natalie Gaspar; brothers Henry H. III and Frederick; sisters Valerie Nalawagan, Sharon Slaughter, Ululani Foster and Elsie Lee; and three grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Ann's Catholic Church. Mass to follow.
