He is survived by sons, David (Lisa) Oasay of Utah, Francisco (Jennifer) Oasay of CA; daughters, Darla (John) Ippolito of CA, Pamela (Tony) Sandillo of CA; 8 grandchildren; companion, Patsy Ramilo; brothers, Franklin (Sue) Oasay, Rolando "Dong" (Pauline) Oasay, Manuel (Carole) Oasay, Larry (Virginia) Oasay of TX, Danny (Suzanne) Oasay; sisters, Mary Ann (Yagi) Hashimoto, Angeline (David) Leynes of Maui; numerous nieces & nephews.
